Forgotten your password?

If you're having problems logging in, you can reset your details online without having to phone us.

Evidence

Check what evidence you need to send us while applying. You can get an update on the evidence you've sent in by logging in to your online account. You may need to wait a few weeks after sending evidence through the post for this to appear in your account.
